Injection molding service

We offer an injection molding service to produce high quality low-volume production plastic parts. We use steel molds, which can be single or multi-cavity, to manufacture parts with very good repeatability and precision.

We store and maintain your tooling until the end of its life, allowing you to reuse it to produce small runs of parts whenever you want.

What is injection molding?

Plastic injection molding is a process for producing plastic parts from steel molds. This production technique involves heating a polymer in granular form until it becomes sufficiently viscous to be injected into the mold. Once injected, the material cools and hardens in contact with the heat-regulated steel, creating a rigid part. This process has many advantages, including fast production, high accuracy and quality, which is ideal for small batch production.

Compliance certificates:

We can provide you compliance certificates for your low-volume production.
Do not hesitate to ask us during your requests:

CCPU 2.1: Compliance with the request

CCPU 2.2: Compliance with the request + dimensional report

CCPU 3.1: Compliance with the request + dimensional report + data about the mechanical properties and the chemical composition of the material

Our advantages:

  • Personalised follow-up with a single contact person

We offer you a support service throughout your order process. You will have a single, highly experienced contact person to assist you with your project from A to Z. This proximity translates into personalised advice and a tailormade approach to your specifications, allowing us to react quickly to your request.

  • Fast turnaround times

Our large production capacity enables us to meet your small batch production needs in a very short time, regardless of the size of the parts and the precision required, so that you do not have any shortages in your supply chain. Our team of project managers and our customer account page allow us to keep you informed of the progress of your order in real time.

  • Parts that meet the requirements

We are pleased to be able to provide you with parts that meet your requirements through our quality control service. With a dedicated team to ensure that all your parts meet your quality requirements. We provide you with a certificate of conformity for all your low-volume production orders.
