Injection molding service

Our plastic injection molding service allows you to reduce the costs and lead times of your pre-production and prototype parts, using our single or multi-cavity steel molds. Take advantage of our expertise and responsiveness in injection molding to produce your prototypes, choosing the material and finish of your choice.

What is injection molding?

Plastic injection molding is a process for producing plastic parts from steel molds. This production technique involves heating a polymer in granular form until it becomes sufficiently viscous to be injected into the mold. Once injected, the material cools and hardens in contact with the heat-regulated steel, creating a rigid part. The first validation parts allow you to check the conformity of the mold before production.

Injection materials:

  • All possible grades, filled or otherwise
  • SEBS
  • TPU
  • TPE
  • EPDM
  • Different material grades

Compression Materials:

  • Nitrile NBR
  • EPDM
  • Silicone

Overmolding:

  • Plastic overmolding
  • Metal insert overmolding

General tolerances:

  • NFT 58000 French standards, normal or reduced class

Ultrasonic welding

  • Welding of 2 injected parts
